「Great location for our visit to the NEC. Owner really friendly and helpful, rooms very clean with all you could need, good breakfast. We hope to return」

「Breakfast was available all day just help yourself-very good variety. Definitely pet friendly. Helpful owner-she carried baby up the 2 flights of stairs! Lovely surroundings for a short walk and very close to Coventry and Birmingham. Will return for sure and keep in mind if visiting the NEC.」

「Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day 」

「The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are...
