Very nice room, well appointed and spotless. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delivered to my room right on time and was delicious. Great access to train station and town centre, all very walkable. Highly recommend!

My friend & I had a wonderful overnight stay. We were greeted by a warm welcome from Ian. We were able to check-in at 11.30 am. Ian talked us throught the highly efficient in-room, breakfast ordering system. Despite the b&b being full, there was no noise from other rooms (very well sound-proofed). This b&b is only a short walk from the train station & a very short walk to the town centre. We were very impressed with our very clean room (No 2): great layout (double bed & single bed), extra pillows & blankets, plenty of storage, seating, mini fridge (with fresh milk for drinks & a bottle of water), a drinks station, different lighting options, plugs, extra tables for breakfast, large radiator & a decent view of the tidy rear of the property & beyond. The bathroom was exceptional (looked refurbished): super clean, bright, well designed, fully tiled, nice flooring, corner shower, plenty of storage, nice towels, etc. The in-room breakfast was very generous & arrived at our chosen time: We selected a maximum of 6 items from a varied choice available: orange juice, cereal, hot bacon and/or sausage sandwich (served with bottles of sauces), ham & cheese croissant, piece or tub of fruit, toast (inc butter & jams). We were able to leave our bags after checkout. Then, Diane bid us a lovely farewell at 4.30 pm. Overall, we had a most enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend it to other, as it was excellent value for money

We had a fantastic stay. The bed linen was immaculate and the towels were soft and fluffy. The decor in the room was very bright and clean. Breakfast was really good and brought to our room at the exact time we had asked for and the hot food was piping hot. Definitely value for money. This would be my first choice if I were to visit Stratford again.

Great stay

Great place to stay. Owners are friendly and very helpful. Ideal place to stay for a night or two if you want to explore Stratford-upon-Avon or visiting the Royal Shakespeare Company.

Spotlessly clean and tidy. Immaculate en-suite shower room. Comfortable bed. Room cleaned every day. Ian and Di very friendly and helpful. Good location close to town centre. Parking difficult to spot first time, so take note of instructions. Would use again, so recommend.

Clean room. Super friendly hosts. The location is great- close to the train station and the town center. Less than ten minutes walk either way. They even bring breakfast to your room! If you are looking for a posh, expensive place to stay...this isn't it. If you are looking for a warm, comfortable, friendly lodging at a very, very affordable price...come here!

2 night stay as a solo traveller

very friendly and helpful. Everything about my 2 night stay was good.Room perfect for a solo traveller,breakfast delivered to your bedroom,parking great and only a few minutes walk into town. Would stay here again.
