I’m giving one star because my husband left his shirt behind yesterday and no one has let us know. We tried to reach the property it is impossible. We called it took 30mins to get through to someone only for them to say “call next day, someone else needs to help with this” so we tried and after 30mins got cut off! Waste of time. Also messaged them via Expedia , no response! It’s not good
