「No issues at all, easy, great location」

「Fantastic service from the moment we booked! Will definitely becoming back! 」

「Reasonably priced place to rent. Clean room and kitchen, friendly staff 👌」

「Excellent option for a Birmingham stay. Lovely spacious apartments and top customer service. Thank you.」

「Avoid booking this apartment at all cost. Wanted me to transfer money into unsolicited bank account as deposit. Refused to take payment by credit card offering no protection for me as consumer. Wouldn't allow me access to the property and kept my money. I'm surprised Expedia allow unscrupulous operators like this in the platform.」

「This property would not take my deposit and so I had to book elsewhere. They would not offer alternative payment method. Very poor communication, extremely unreasonable and completely unfair.」
