「The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I had an issue with my lost baggage during my stay, and although I was unfortunately unable to receive it in the end, the staff spent a lot of time helping me deal with the situation. I really appreciated their kindness and support. Thank you very much!」

「The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot. The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Check in was...

「The room was absolutely awful. A hostel with shared amenities would have been better. Would definitely not recommend」

「Late check in, nobody there until 4pm, the parking they advertise does not exist」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were assigned a Club Room next to a Suite with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear loud conversations, shouting, and piano playing from the suite until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get any rest. The comfort of this room depends entirely on the guests staying in the suite next door. I regret choosing a Club Room and wish I had booked a standard room instead. I would also...
