If only they had air conditioning during this hot weather—that would make it absolutely perfect. I also loved that there was a fridge in the room, which was so convenient for storing drinks and keeping them nice and cool.

It’s was an okay stay. As it is in renovation stage. It should continue the business. First setup everything. Make it to the standard and then start giving out the rooms. No point of opening with half work done.

No elevator in the section we were put in and no accommodation in the area where there is an elevator. Super steep steps so luggage left in a room on lower level. Room was very dirty. Hair in bath tub big clump of hair found in the bed but after slept in. Person sleeping in it has light hair and this wash black. No denying not hers. Won’t give extra towels only 3 towels for 3 people and one hand towel for 4 of us (second night got 3 for all of us) no extra bedding. Child got sick and no bedding so mom had to sleep in soiled bed with child. Very dusty and dirty. Very old and rotten drawers and cupboard in bathroom. Bathroom floor or dire need of replacing and two of us stubbed our feet on the lifted laminate. No plug for bathtub can only shower in first room. Horrible beds and manager states they are new which is not true. Filthy. We got moved. Second room slightly better but curtains not hanging properly in order to shut, fridge sits on carpet so no clearance and leaking water. Expedia shows they have a restaurant and also pics of breakfast and also shows laundry facilities. Both are no longer there. We wouldn’t have booked if no restaurant and no laundry as we were coming of a 28 day cruise. No help from management at this time. Post will be removed if they make it right

My experience was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, with dust in several areas and stains on some surfaces. The staff were not very helpful when I raised my concerns, and responses were slow. The hotel did not match the description provided online, and some facilities were unavailable during my stay. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I do not feel it offered good value for money.

Average but overpriced

Average hotel, only good for 1 or 2 nights. Overpriced considering there’s no on site restaurant. The room did have a fridge. Pillows very flat and mattress very lumpy. Bathroom was in need of a deep clean. Security guard on the door checking guests on late nigh return

Worst hotel ever

Worst hotel I ever stayed in, dirty and stinky, cant get towels upon request, the light switch exploded so we were moved to another room and the light exploded there again. The maid was rude af and barged in loud every morning and on my final day they charged me 10 pounds because I checked out 5 min late

cheap and cheerful

The room itself was clean enough, the bathroom however was a state, mouldy and a strong whiff of urine. The "waterfall" shower head decided to fall off over my head as well and smash my toe, had a crack in the fitting and had been precariously fixed, a case of not my problem ended up in my foot being badly hurt.

Ok stay

Disappointing as not as described on website. No restaurant. Had to ask for more teabags. No luxury toiletries or marble bathroom....no luxury whatsoever. No bathrobes and had to ask for bigger towels. It was clean and comfortable and for what we got correctly priced ....but definitely needs to correct the description on the website.

We had a 2pm check in, got there at 2.30 and the room was not ready. Rang up to book a car park space was told there would be no need as they never have a problem with parking, got there and the car park was full. Had to wait for both a room and parking.

Was ok, I'd go back.

The first couple of nights was very, very noisy, slamming of doors, men and women shouting at each other from across the corridor (they were same party). Last 3 nights were nice peaceful. The pillows were awful, flat like pancakes but the linen was very clean, bed quite compfy. The cleaners came everyother day, gave me clean towels every time. I was very pleased to see a small fridge in my wardrobe (which I used). The hairdryer was fantastc, better than mine. I went out for food everynight. Over all it was ok, I'd go back.
