「Lovely stay at the Woden! It’s quaint, clean and conveniently located with nice amenities. The manager Jay was very helpful and I was afforded a room upgrade before I arrived at no charge- what a pleasant surprise!」

「Clean and tidy」

「The room was clean and the staff tried to help with the broken TV and broken air conditioner, heating. She gave me a voucher to use in the morning however check out was at 11:00am and the coffee place did open until 11am, so was no use. Maintenance and making sure things work before you check in would be better. Not a great stay to be honest.」

「Had to iron in a laundry room some of the parts of the building have worn out Price doesn’t reflect the environment」

Overall, we thought that the price for the room and the breakfast was too high. we didn't use the spa or the pool (maybe they merit the price for some people). The location suited our purposes, but we probably won't stay there again.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were assigned a Club Room next to a Suite with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear loud conversations, shouting, and piano playing from the suite until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get any rest. The comfort of this room depends entirely on the guests staying in the suite next door. I regret choosing a Club Room and wish I had booked a standard room instead. I would also...
