I loved this place, just what I'm looking for on my travels. Well maintained, clean and ample facilities for self catering. Bedding was great quantity and comfortable. Parking was easy and outside seating area is a bonus. Not too far for shops and other amenities. Have cancelled my upcoming stay at a hotel in the area and booked here instead. Looking forward to visiting again.

Third and fourth stay at this property. Always great communication from the property general manager. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and the beds are always very comfortable. A communal kitchen is available should you wish to use it.

The room we stayed in was perfect for us but would be even better for a young family with the courtyard straight outside the door a real bonus. The room is very smart and Boutique really sums it up well. Keyless entry really clever. Couple negatives The £50 deposit is unusual and slightly worrying. I couldn't see any "make room up sign" to hang on the door.

Very highly recommended.

Fabulous accommodation beautifully presented and very well equipped. Fridge microwave tea and coffee making facilities bathroom also amazing. I was upgraded without charge. And helped with a call and messages when I struggled with the door code entry. Off road parking available as well. Quiet location very close to main road. Pub and shops within 5-10 minute walk.

This place is always spotlessly clean. Has everything we need always leaves coffee n tea sachets etc perfect for the morning brew. So quiet. We and our daughter had a room each and was perfectly placed next tk each other . I cannot praise this accommodation enough.

Very clean and comfortable room and easy check-in/access, with all necessary details being provided in advance via email as well as text. Reasonably priced. Fairly quiet room/location, despite the accommodation being next to a dual carriageway. Easy access for getting a minicab to family in another town, as well as walking distance to local shops and amenities. A parking space available next to the property was also handy for us, as we drove up from London. Would book again if planning to visit family in the area in future.
