Staff were fantastic. Hotel very quiet and with everything you need. Room was very small, a degree of noise from room above. All in all very good but quite expensive - but that’s Tokyo for you.

I booked for 4 people. They only gave 3 pillows. When I went to the counter to get an additional pillow, the attendant said that he cannot get them since they are locked up. One of us had to use a small sofa pillow with a hotel towel covering as a pillow. It wasn’t comfortable.

The property information is vague, we booked for 4 people in one room. However, the room is so small for four people with four luggages, etc. The staff are commendable, polite and really tries to help, however speaking English is a challenge for the staff. Other than that, the location is perfect, close to main tourist spot like Ginza, Asakusa, Ueno by train.

Room is nice and clean, washer and dryer is definitely a plus, they even provide the laundry soap, kitchen is fully equipped with basic needs. They cleaned our room 2x during our 8 night stay. It was not a perfect stay because you can definitely hear the road/street noise from the our room on the 2nd floor. We asked for extra pillows ( I have shoulder problem and need extra pillow to support my shoulder while sleeping) as the pillows in the room were only 4 and very tiny for standard pillow size, unfortunately they did not provide us extra pillows. Front desk are very nice, you can also borrow umbrellas cause it rained a lot when we were there. The convenience stores and a grocery store were about 5 minute walk, train station is about 7-10 minute walk.

Spacious aparthotel with appliances and all sorts of items granting a fun, home away from home experience. Staff is very polite and helpful. Very clean, quiet and walking distance to shopping districts, subway, and food options. Highly recommended, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was really more of an efficient mini apartment with a kitchen with stove, plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge/freezer along with a small dining table. There's a combo washer/dryer too which was awesome. For a family of four, it was perfect for a week's stay. Walking distance to Akihabara and transit stops. The Life grocery store is also 5 minute walk away. Staff was great too!
