Best hotel to stay at if you want something in the heart of the city. Close to everything, staff were very kind and attentive! Will stay here again next time.

The location is very convenient. Walkable distance from public transportation. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Do beware though, the room is very small. For two people it’s cramped, the bathroom and shower are also very small and with two pieces of luggage it was hard to maneuver around the room and each other. On our last night the hotel also shut down the central air conditioning to the entire building. Our room became hot and we were told to open the window because we had no way on turning the air back on ourselves and the staff wouldn’t do it. That’s never something I’ve experienced at a hotel!

The surrounding neighbourhood was really good, heaps of food options and quite safe. The hotel is slightly older in style. And the rooms are VERY small. But all in all, convenient and easy for a quick stay.

I feel like stay in an RV hotel. The room is too small for two people. You can not walk inside the room with two person unless one of you have to jump on the bed and let the other walk in. I chose this hotel because it's next to Shinjuku Gyoen cherry blossom National Park, very convenient just behind the hotel.

I had a great stay. It was very close to public transportation. It was also close to great night life and entertainment venues. The room was a bit small so I might upgrade next time. I loved the free onsite onsen/spa - it was a great way to relax after a long day of walking around the city.

The room is decently clean. In term of facilities they are decently equipped. There are communal washer dryer for your laundry and a public bath. The rush hour for the elevator is a little much. Staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast buffet is decent if it comes with your booking, otherwise I'd rather eat outside.

Our room was very tiny, and run down. Bits of carpet missing, scuffs all over the walls and wooden dresser chipped. It was clean enough but dusty. It was a very good location and we spent everyday out all day and evening exploring, the transport links were great from the hotel and the dining options even on the hotel street alone were great. I think for the price point in the location it was good - I couldn’t find anything better value. I don’t think I would stay here again though I would just spend more money on a nicer hotel. There is a dumpling restaurant just opposite the hotel which does amazing food !
