Staff were friendly and helpful . I wondered whether the hotel was in need of a refit / update ? . The resturant wasn’t open and I was referred to the bar and bar menu , I did not want to eat in a bar . It may be the hotel is giving preference to large groups and opens the resturant for them as it did one night whilst I was there . I was able to access other places to eat in the surrounding area and get

Stort hotell med rymliga och välutrustade rum. Bra frukostbuffé för att vara i England. Utmärkt läge nära Birmingham New Street Station. Mitt rum vette mot söder där en stor trafikled finns så det var lite bullerstört. Ett tips är att be att få ett rum som vetter mot norr. Hotellet har en egen middagsrestaurang och roomservice dygnet runt.
