The staff at the holiday inn were very polite and extremely helpful in all aspects. The hotel was clean and was a good location to moor street station. The breakfasts were good with plenty to choose from. The only problem we had was the lack of sleep of which I was very disappointed. Ear plugs are supplied for outside noise levels but every hour throughout the night people would walk along our corridor showing no respect for others by shouting and banging . I thought after 3 am this would finally fade away but no at 5 am it got even louder . I thought about confronting these people but someone beat me to it. Something needs to be done to assure that people get peace and quiet and so they get a good nights sleep. Maybe hotel security ?

Towels stained with poo and riddled with pubic hair. Paid for a king deluxe they tried to put me in stabdard double Absolutely disgusting hotel
