「We enjoyed good stay!」

「Most impressed by: The Staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding. The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered. Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. 」

「Room was clean but dated and bland. Very stuffy, only curtains at window no blinds or nets. Bed was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Room was described as Superior we would describe it as basic.」

「The check in was chaotic, I.e. no room number or lockbox instruction until after check in time, then no key in the lockbox and no telephone number to call to discover what to do next. 」

「Room not the cleanest, false fingernail and tissue left by the side of the bed and thick dust on the top of the oak beam. Breakfast was excellent but the table was very sticky. Bedroom front door did not close properly and let a large of cold air into the room」

「Everything was fantastic but as a base for staying overnight whilst working then I must say the WIFI was terrible. It was very very slow. Food was very good, especially the mixed grill.」
