Overall a great stay

The staff were nice and the room was great. The bar was a bit hectic as they allowed kids to stay in the bar area until 11pm and it was really noisy and annoyijg. That was the only negative though wverything elae was great!

Sockets in easy reach on both sides of bed. Very comfy matress. Decent size of tv Only 1 lift though Car park was hectic due to works - half of disabled spaces unavailable. Accessible rooms should never have over-bath showers, especially when a wet room was requested. No desk.

Good place for a family catch up

Rooms were good and clean, family used the pool as we had club rooms. Only thing that let it down was the request for a room with just a shower was ignored. This was an issue as I have a triple leg fracture, Will however return again as the hotel staff were friendly and provided good customer service

The hotel is lovely, rooms are nice and the bed is comfy. Only downer on room is the shower had poor pressure. Stayed at the hotel before a few times and it has always been great but seems this time they have added hidden charges, it costs if you want to use the pool and they charge for parking in the week now.
