Place is spotless, warm, relaxed . Your practicality on the runway it’s that’s close to the airport !! . Expect high prices for the food and drink but that’s to be expected I guess . Staff friendly but very young so lack a bit of initiative like spotting your drink empty and asking if you want another or general experience like that . But all in all I was happy I’ll be back

Comfortable beds, although right next to the airport no noise. Good location for events at the NEC and near train station.
