I unfortunately booked for the wrong month. Having emailed the hotel to ask to change the booking they referred straight to their cancellation policy with absolutely no flexibility. Considering it’s a huge hotel and it was an honest mistake I am very disappointed with their response. I wouldn’t rebook based on this.

A convenient nicely located hotel for all your Airport travel needs. Excellent room and we were located on the higher floors which are nicely sound proofed with a good view of the Airport. The food is tasty albeit somewhat expensive, but I enjoyed my one nights stay and would definitely stay here again.

Place is spotless, warm, relaxed . Your practicality on the runway it’s that’s close to the airport !! . Expect high prices for the food and drink but that’s to be expected I guess . Staff friendly but very young so lack a bit of initiative like spotting your drink empty and asking if you want another or general experience like that . But all in all I was happy I’ll be back

When checking in we were told we had to pay extra for breakfast. I had booked breakfast when I booked the room. The woman at checkin was most unhelpful and said we had not booked breakfast. I had to go into the app to find the full details of our booking showing breakfast was included. All we got was a shrug. Not an apology or anything. Breakfast had a lot of empty plates that were not replenished eg cheese. The restaurant was freezing despite numerous portable heaters.
