"Great stay at the Bournbrook with my eleven year old son. The staff were brilliant and friendly throughout, and just couldn’t do enough for us. It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. It’s my third visit here and I’ll certainly be back when I next visit Birmingham "

"Apartment was clean and spacious. Communication however is terrible. I sent messages to the property on two separate occasions but they didn’t bother to get back to me. They didn’t send pre-check link either so I had to call a few hours before I was due to check in and they sent the link. "

"Overall the experience was excellent. Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area. Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival.
