Stayed two nights (Thurs/Fri) while on a solo trip exploring Birmingham and the surrounding area into the Cotswolds. Was very conveniently located, clean and helpful staff. The hotel gym was excellent and one of the better ones I’ve experienced as there were so many options for different types of workout. Room very tidy and appreciated the coffee provision!

Highly recommend, good area for all sorts of activities varying from families to couples to nights out. Lovely rooms and can’t fault service and breakfast has a fantastic range of choice.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants. We stayed in Executive king room, not sure the difference between regular king as it was nothing special. Great bad, small bathroom. Staff was very helpful. I would stay again.

Friendly reception staff, not enough lifts for the number of rooms, clean rooms, newly refurbished bathroom - could do with a shower screen/door, could still hear noise from nightlife on 9th floor, easy check out process.
