「We stayed to go to a wedding at the Manor over the road. (Really handy to be able to walk to that). Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pub except for breakfast in the morning which was really good, but the pub looked good. Rooms were clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice sandwich shop/deli 2 doors down. Some early morning plane noise (under the flight path to Birmingham airport?), so if you are a light sleeper it might be worth bringing earplugs. Nice place...

「The hotel is extremely filthy. The hot water wasn’t working on the day of stay. Room was a mess. Hotel is falling apart. The bath tub looked nasty. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if someone paid me to. Beds were disgusting. The carpet looked worse than a shelter home. And all the reviews that say this is a top notch hotel are false. You are better off staying on the street than this hotel.」

「とにかく完璧な宿だった。」

「Never ever go to this place such an awkward place, full sound and disturbance」

「The room was very nice, Food in the pub was good. Excellent service.」

「An absolute gem! A wonderful authentic pub offering such comfortable and friendly accommodation. The restaurant food is delicious and the full English breakfast is the best I can remember. The village is delightful.. and we were lucky enough to stay a Thursday when there is music, and we also had the best Mortis dancing! Such a memorable stay! Thank you」

「Wonderful and characterful property」

「What can I say it’s a lovely experience to stay here big comfy bed, fluffy white towels and a absolute gem of a restaurant, it will always be my first choice when staying in the area to eat or sleep everything is 5*」

「Upon check in the four poster room I had booked wasn’t available, was told they had a fire, this was untrue as the door was open and I looked in it was being refurbished with a new carpet waiting to be laid, totally lied to honesty is the best policy, we were give a dingy dirty room really horrible, how this has a 4.5 rating is beyond me I think they are fake reviews, my advice is don’t stay, the only plus side is that the breakfast was ok and really sweet waitress, I did receive 30 in drinks...
