「Lovely welcome from the lady at Reception., Friendly and polite Room spotless and comfortable and good value Kettle and cups provided... Sugar and milk (musing tea or coffee but had some sachets with me The only thing missing is a small bin for any rubbish etc but not a major issue. Would definitely recommend for the budget traveller and nice people.. would come again」

「All very good! Room/bathroom lovely and very clean. The ambiance around the hotel felt good. I ordered room service, my food was very good. Bar prices are also reasonable, I must say, cheaper than around Oxfordshire! so that was very well received by myself and good quality alcohol it was indeed.」

「Clean and spacious room.Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. We had everything that we needed for our stay.」

「Lovely old (Tudor?) building with traditional wooden features, heaps of unique character and a charming pub on the ground floor! Staff were friendly and efficient and the standard hamper breakfast brought to the door on time. No parking as located in city centre but therefore walkable to many touristic amenities and facilities. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.」
