「Hallo Lucy. Thank you for your cheerful response. The room was clean and very cute. Especially morning was so delicious.」

「The owner was so kind that his advice for theatre was very useful for me . Breakfast was very delicious. The temperature of shower was too difficult to adjust. 」

「Great location, potential to be a beautiful hotel, but needs some tlc. The room was dirty, dirty toilet, headboard had stains all over it, stains on the sheets. No Iron, ironing board or even a hairdryer in the room. Not suitable for disabled people, steps outside the property, stairs everywhere, no lift. The lady on reception was very lovely and very helpful.」

After returning to the room with instructions to try turning down the radiator, I discovered there was no handle on the radiator valve. After I made a second trip to the front desk, they gave me a different room,...

「Property was convenient for Stratford. Bed very comfortable. A great selection of quality toiletries. Owners were welcoming and advised us of recommended places to eat prior to our visit. As we were staying on a Saturday evening we were able to book a table in advance at what was a very popular venue. Would definitely stay when in the area in the future.」

「Avonpark House is a very good travellers rest. Comfortable and clean, our room was a reasonable size as was the ensuite. It’s a walkable distance into the centre of town. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Good parking available and an excellent breakfast.」

「Excellent central location. Very nice hotel. Food excellent. Would definately return👍」

「We stayed for two nights and had a pretty good stay. On arrival we were given a room that on the face of it seemed good. However when I check on the booking we had paid for a junior deluxe room and the photos showed a very much better room. We went back to the reception and after some checking were taken to the room we should have had, whet a difference! We got there in the end but were disappointed that we had to challenge to get the room we had actually booked. Otherwise nice stay but a little...
