「The room was big enough with enough hanging and drawer space. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Everything was immaculately clean. Our room was at the back so it was very quiet The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We could not have asked anything more of this hotel.」

「Not sure how this hotel got a very good rating on Expedia. Not the cleanest, very dated. No heating control in the room, heating on and red hot all night. Creaking floorboards」

「We only crashed here for one night but very efficient check-in, plenty of parking, room was absolutely fine, what you would expect from 4* conference hotel. Buffet breakfast was very good in a relatively plush restaurant.」

「Great hotel and friendly staff. Note for the check in: you cannot self check in as Expedia does not provide a QR code or the other necessary information」

「Very basic, tired. The staff were incredibly helpful even though they are not employed by the hotel」

「The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was close to the Parade. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

「Super staff and very good breakfast included, definitely my go to hotel in Leamington Spa.」

「車がないと不便な場所ですが、スパも含めて設備は最高の部類でした。」

「Very convenient access to center of city of Leamington Spa. Clean and enough space for one person mid term stay. You can have convenience grocery store downstairs of the flat. The rooms was located on the first floor. Although they do not have any front desk or lobby in the space, you can use high tech lock at the door, facing with the street. Then, you will pick up room key at the door assigned to you by the hotel. By the way, you should not forget to bring your soap, shampoo, and conditioner,...

「Was unable to check in. Noone answered any of the phone numbers provided with the booking or on the door at the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE」

「Nice property, great location, spotlessly clean, well kitted out. Very friendly owner very flexible with meeting up and very welcoming. Only downside is the main bed is a sofa bed, very bouncy, and not very comfortable, so not a great night's sleep, but we are middle aged with dodgy backs」

「Clean room. Very friendly staff in the restaurant.」

「The booking, check in and communication couldnt have been better, and the hosts sorted an electronic parking permit which was a welcomed touch. The apartment itself was well appointed and in a great central location, just what we were after. Would recommend and stay again.」

「Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. 」
