「Very convenient access to center of city of Leamington Spa. Clean and enough space for one person mid term stay. You can have convenience grocery store downstairs of the flat. The rooms was located on the first floor. Although they do not have any front desk or lobby in the space, you can use high tech lock at the door, facing with the street. 「Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. 」
