Great location. It's a bit of a loud area in the center of city in the evenings. Everything at the place was great. It was clean and comfortable. The restaurant underneath it is amazing.

Loved the property which was very spacious. The beds are so comfortable! The only negatives is that we had to find somebody in the lobby to help us check in which felt a bit awkward. Also the flooring is very creaky and you can hear everybodys footsteps lol

Stayed in the grand apartment, location is good above a bar , the apartment it self was fine if a little bit tired in places , it was just the cleaning that let it down cigarette buts in a full ashtray on the balcony , empty beer cans on the balcony , the table and chairs just needed a good clean to wash off green mould , same for the balcony that had a couple of weeds growing from it , the oven had not been cleaned , the en-suite sink was blocked, the carpets can not of been vacuumed as their were bits all over , I forwarded the photos to Hotels.com who contacted the property but as I booked my trip with vouchers the apartment management refused to acknowledge that there is a cleaning issue. I did not bring it to their attention on the day as we and another couple just wanted to enjoy our stay without any fuss.

Lovely town centre apartment in Leamington Spa

It is ideally located in centre of town, a park across the road and river that runs by the apartment. The church bells rang on Sunday morning at 11am which was nice. The downside for some would be the noise from the road and bar downstairs but the convenience of being in town centre means there would be some noise so we did not mind. There is 20 mins parking outside in layby by baths or 2 hours across small park to unload then car park has ability to pay 24 hours at a time on phone. It has good fixtures and fittings, however the cleaning is poor in some rooms. The toilet in one ensuite in the had not been cleaned before we came which was disgusting. Bin had not been emptied and I had to clean the shower before I could use it and there is tile cement on the door. No book to let you know how to get hold of owner or recycling rules, means of escape if there was a fire etc. Kitchen equipment was basic (not enough for 4 people) exactly 4 of each item of cutlery so if you used them to cook you had to wash them up with used washing up sponge and given how cheap they are. There was a microwave but no bowls to cook anything in it and no baking trays. There are only 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar and no dining table so luckily there was only 2 of us. The goods points definitely outweighed the bad and would definitely stay again but hopefully the owners have read this review and made some changes as these small issues let it down sadly.

The apartment was lovely , but the noise at night was awful. Music so load it kept you awake and then all the noise when the bar / club closed down stairs and the sound of traffic .

Hidden gem!!!!

We stayed at the Aparthotel as part of our visits to Warwick castle. The property was split over 3 floors all were finished immaculately. Had a great living/ kitchen space with a balcony. The king bedroom with the huge copper bathtub was great. Clean and very well dressed rooms. Staff were fantastic and very attentive. You’d think it would be noisy as it is over a very busy bar but it was fine and you can’t hear anything from the top floor. The only downside I would say is no parking but I still give it 10/10 because of the whole experience and the location of the property. Will 100% be returning soon.

Might as well have been trying to sleep in a club

This is a lovely apartment but should come with a warning that you are above a extremely loud bar and the whole room will shakle with the sound of the base until 2am. You should only stay in this apartment if you plan on returning after 2am. We went out for a meal and a few drinks to then return and be sat in bed unable to sleep because the whole apartment was vibrating.

Not finished…..not serviced… No communication

This property has huge potential IF, and only IF, it is properly finished off, if it is managed effectively, and if it is fitted out more seriously. It’s a great building, but the ‘aparthotel’ or ‘serviced apartment’ concept is unprofessional and totally amateur. It is therefore far too expensive for the unfinished standard. There was sadly no cleaning provided or offered over 4 nights (and no vacuum cleaner for DIY). No basic written instructions were provided in advance by email or at the property. Very sparse furnishings were of reasonable quality, but with only one bowl provided, even breakfast was difficult for two people! Please consider replacing missing items…. We would love to stay again one day… but only if we have the reassurance that the work needed has been completed, and there is someone, somewhere who cares about the guest’s’ experience.
