"Had a lovely stay, the Rumi room was beautiful, the bath tub was gorgeous, very deep and extremely relaxing. Plenty of towels and great amenities, bed was really comfortable. The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy, in a nice area. Will definitely visit again one day, if prices are right. Thank you"

"The Grand is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city! We had a fantastic view of the church and the wheel and the room was large with lots of thoughtful details! Perfect location in the town centre, Bull Ring shopping centre, restaurants, bars across the road. The room was spotless, comfortable bed, lovely hot shower. Small kitchenette with hob, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, all cooking utensils needed to prepare meals, coffee maker, kettle. Parking £5 per day when validated by...
