「I had a short, but nice stay at the Village Hotel. The room was nice and clean and the staff was extremely nice. I flew in from the US and brought the wrong type of voltage adapter with me. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to lend me a cell phone charger, which really saved the day. Great hotel!

「My stay at Ramala was quite good. The breakfast was excellent, but the rooms don’t have any AC, which was a bit uncomfortable in the warm weather. If you’re working or sleeping, it’s best to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign out as the cleaners tend to bang on the doors. Aldi and Asda are just a 1-2 minute walk away, while McDonald’s and other food stores are about 5-10 minutes depending on your pace. Overall, I’d rate it 8 out of 10.」
「A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom.
There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent.
Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.」
「We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
