"Bed was a little hard for me but that is personal preference. Staff very friendly. Good food served very quickly via room service. Everything you need for a lovely stay away from home"

"Check-in was great, the gentleman on the desk was helpful and friendly. In all honesty the whole hotel is a bit tired looking, carpets worse for wear, damp smell outside the lifts. Our room was nice enough although the bed was a bit soft for me. Jacuzzi wasn't working which was a bit disappointing. Shortage of staff both in the bar and at breakfast. Generally it was ok though, just needs a bit of work."

"I thought that the stay at the Station Hotel, and Banqueting suite was really great, as, it was clean, staff were both polite, kind, and professional, the bed was comfortable, clean, and comfortable. I really got to say that, I really just, enjoyed staying there. I'd stay thrre, again worth, every penny. "

"The Blue Moon Ensuite is suitable for a short stay and works best for one person, though it may not meet the needs of someone travelling for work. There is no dedicated desk, and the Wi‑Fi connection was intermittent during my visit.The bedding had an unpleasant smell and didn’t seem freshly prepared, so I used my own bedding. The mattress was quite firm for my taste, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. There was also a noticeable smell coming from the back door area.The towels didn’t seem freshly laundered either. On the positive side, the floors and equipment were clean. The kettle, next to the socket extension lead, had been pre‑filled with water. I chose not to use it.On the positive side, the parking space by the ensuite driveway is very convenient, and all access instructions were provided promptly and clearly."
