"The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were assigned a Club Room next to a Suite with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear loud conversations, shouting, and piano playing from the suite until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get any rest. The comfort of this room depends entirely on the guests staying in the suite next door. I regret choosing a Club Room and wish I had booked a standard room instead. I would also recommend avoiding the rooms next to the suites on the 24th floor."

"駅近で驚くほど広いお部屋にバスタブ付きで快適なステイを過ごしました。広すぎて電源までが遠いこと、またビュッフェも立派でどう使えばいいのかわからずまごついて気後れしたぐらいだけが惜しい点で、スタッフの対応その他すべてが素晴らしく、近代的な街のバーミンガムに似合う素敵なホテルでおすすめです。"
