「The property was well maintained and appointed nicely. Most staff members were polite, not particularly helpful or friendly. There was a lack of communication: no welcome email or text, no reminders about on-site events or activities. Lastly, there’s a cost for everything including late check out at $25 an hour. There were few courtesy requests that were honored. I probably wouldn’t stay again.」

「Buen servicio y limpieza」

「Worth every penny! Amazing staff, great customer experience!!」

「The reception area smelled delicious, the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was comfortably roomy, easy to rest in. The ocean view was mesmerizing. I truly enjoyed my stay.」

「Staff members were friendly」

「The staff were extremely nice and helpful . The hotel is on the older side and can use some upgrading !!!! The pool and swim up bar is cool . It’s ridiculous the time the pool closes especially considering how expensive the stay is !!! I purchased a drink from the inside bar it was $15 and taste like juice !!!! 「Hotel pequeño pero tiene happy hour 5-7 limpio y personal Amable」

「This property has amazing customer services. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. They have an indoor and outdoor bar, and they offer guest credits daily during the stay. The only issue is that this is a pet friendly hotel and some areas had a slight pet smell. Not a dirty or unclean smell, just a pet smell, but not loud and profound. I would pick it again though.」

「Very attentive and diligent staff. Excellent facilities for enjoying the weekend with family at the hotel pool area, while still having your own fully equipped flat that feels like home. For larger groups, it's an ideal choice because you have your own space to cook, watch a movie, and even do laundry, while still enjoying the hotel amenities.」

「Love this hotel. Will definitely come back. Only thing was the beds were not too comfy. Need a little bit more firmness. You do hear the planes taking off and coming in but u can’t see them but the noise was not a bother.」

「Excelente hotel, tienes todo en un mismo lugar, perfecto para relajarse y pasarla bien!!」
