オリエンテ ホテル

「The room, staff, and overall experience, was amazing.」

「. We stayed at RS for 4 days and were disappointed by the experience, especially considering the resort fee. Several amenities we looked forward to were closed, including the pool bar, hot tub, and main lobby bar. We planned to spend most of our time at the resort but ultimately felt we needed to leave to find things to do. I injured my back during the trip and was experiencing painful spasms. My partner tried to bring a small table from the pool area so I could be more comfortable on the...

「Wow! La Concha was truly an amazing experience. If you just want to Vacation and not leave your room this is the place to stay! The valet guys were so helpful and nice to greet you to assist with ANY help. As soon as you walked into La Concha the smell took your breath away with the clean scent I've never smelled. You have everything at your fingertips from food to entertainment for you to enjoy steps from your room. Everything was BEAUTIFUL in EVERY area with GREAT staff in each area of La...

「The hotel grounds are amazing, the staff at the hotel is amazing, i loved that they have chairs and umbrella for the beach no extra charge, if you have kids they have life vests which was amazing. Game and activities daily. The night time music and bar and gift shop was amazing. The rooms are ok 5/10. They are old looking. i did hear that they are renovating the rooms which is great. It’s in a central location close to everything. Overall 8/10. The rooms just are old .」

「I didn’t like that none of the staff are friendly at all,」

「I like about the environment and the pool. It would be nice if there is convince store or reasonable restaurant.」

「The atmosphere was amazing. The pool area was beautiful and the beach was breathtaking. Staff members were always available and very welcoming. Best choice I made as far as my stay」

「I really liked this hotel, the whole building is so cool and the amenities are just perfect. You have a beach across the street and they have umbrellas and chairs over there. The pool is really nice spot and there’s a bar just in front of it.」

「The entire experience (not stay but experience) was amazing. The room was perfect, had a great view overlooking the beach. You won’t get closer to the beach than this hotel, they offered complimentary chairs and umbrellas so you can side out on the beach and relax. Food, drinks, even fresh fruit at the front desk. I can go on and on but THIS is where you want to stay when you go to Puerto Rico. The front desk was super helpful, the staff were respectful, the maids were exceptional and the...

「ハウスキーピングサービスは、ほっとくとしてくれない。でもフロントでしっかりと頼むとしてくれる。途中で下水が逆流したけど直してくれた。」

「Can’t say enough about this hotel. First, the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. For instance, I brought 3 books with me. I left two in the room while down at the pool and when I returned, I found that housekeeping had placed a bookmark in one of the books for me! Such a little thing, but so incredibly thoughtful. The next day I return to the room to find they wrapped my charging cord with a complementary cord tie. Room service - I ordered room service twice during my stay and the kind...

「If you value peaceful sleep and a nice shower, don’t stay here. The water temp was either boiling hot or ice cold. The rooms are extremely noisy and tiny. Overall, staff is nice but property is horrible.」
