"AC keep the room cool, did not get the room when i asked."

"Very disappointed with this hotel. The whole place smells very bad, AC didn’t work in the bedroom, no good amenities. Not even water offered. All around a very Unfriendly experience. Oh and if you are renting a car, one staff member said it was 40 dollars to park there per night, and another member said it was 25. "

"The location of this hotel is perfect if you are wanting in immerse yourself into Old San Juan. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the rooms were small, no dressers or drawers; only a closet and desk, not enough storage available. "

"This hotel is located in old San Juan very accessible there are elevators so disregard the other reviews. I stood here since I was going on a cruise. It is very close to the cruise port. I would say about eight minutes in an Uber. It is a very narrow tight street. There is a few restaurants located around here. I don’t have any complaints since I only stood one night. You don’t necessarily have to eat here. I must say there are many restaurants located around the area that is walkable that you should try."

"Rooms could use a good deep clean, carpet Included. The carpet turned my white socks brown. They need carpet cleansr to come thru. No robes or slippers, or any thing extra for that matter, in the rooms. Bartenders and servers were great. Not sure I'd return. "
