"The resort is beautiful. We could walk out from our room right onto the beach. Plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas available. Pool is gorgeous. Very beautifully landscaped. Open air lobby and bar area very tropical. Clean room, excellent restaurants on property. Would stay here again."

"Very nice home in a gated community within the Coco Beach resort and Hyatt Regency. Lots of room for our party of 8. Proximity to golf and the beaches is excellent. Golf cart, beach chairs, and coolers are supplied by the host. Neighborhood has a lot of full time residents so it’s quiet at night. The host, Princess, is very responsive. Overall, an excellent value and great property for large parties. I recommend."

"It was lovely property. Very well equipped and clean. The outside area was wonderful with a nice private pool. An extra bonus was the ocean area with a kitchenette and rooftop lounge area.Gated and very secure. The host responded immediately. The air conditioning kept us comfortable when in use."

"The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Being on the top floor we were greeted by a spectacular view of the mountains, ocean and the golf course. The lovely veranda was our favorite place to spend time. There are some minor items that look a little tired, but nothing that got in the way of a wonderful vacation. Our host, Leilani was wonderful. Communication was excellent and she went out her way to make sure we had a good trip. We would definitely come back. "

"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"The grounds were wonderful and the house was steps from the beach. The house had kayaks and paddle boards for our use. Manny, who manages the property was very attentive and helpful. "
