"Just OK. Older property in need of updating. Food, service, amenities- everything was just OK. The beach is nice. Will not be coming back."

"The staff went above and beyond!!! They were friendly and they held our luggage for us until we could check-in at 4:00PM. We loved the shower and we definitely would come back to stay there!"

"Everything was good except the AC didn’t work, they came out to fix it and still didn’t work. They charged me $22 a day that I had to use on their drinks and snacks, if I didn’t use the $22, they keep the money. I was charged a $350 fee for smoking in the room and I don’t smoke. I was also charged for fee that didn’t make sense and they said it was a one time fee. I feel they just wanted to get money out of me "

"We had booked 2 ocean view rooms but neither of them had a view. Staff asked us to proof it, but it was not stated in our confirmation. Hotel has good location with access to a private beach club, although access to a very nice public beach is closer. Hotel staff is super nice and friendly. Hotel could improve some little aspects, we had bugs in the bathroom and mini fridge in one of the rooms, door to balcony would not open (which was taken care of), rooms have only one hook to hang towels and bathing suits. Overall our stay was good, if we stay again it will be for its price and location. "

"The sink was clogged and ended up leaking water on the floor into our towel. Water pressure in the shower was just enough to get the soap off, but definitely could be better."

"All of the staff we encountered were warm and friendly. Over all the property has a nice ambient vibe, which was a little misleading because we could hear everything outside our room. The room was cozy, but humid, even with the ac running…and the bathroom towels were scratchy! They do offer a continental breakfast everyday with a generous selection. I would highly suggest providing big fluffy robes/ slippers for the guests at a Bali Posh resort."
