「The ocean view is awesome not really a beach view but still beautiful. Property itself is beautiful but the villas def haven’t been updated since built. Broken doors that are hard to open and have cracked glass and cabinets falling apart but in general a good stay just needs like 5/10 k probably invested in each villa and they’d be immaculate . 「This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. 「We had an overall nice stay at this villa. The home itself is spacious, well-located, and has great amenities, making it a good option for larger groups. 「The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches.」
