The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Although we were there when the water crisis occured, the hotel was able to provide purified water to bathe with until it was resolved. Friendly staff and ambiance was tranquil, comfortable and I felt safe.

Everything that was within their control was amazing! They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. I would definitely stay there again in a different occasion.
