The hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive during my stay. The daily hotel credit was definitely a bonus. The property is located in a central location near the airport. I would definitely stay here for my next trip back to PR!!!

This property was beautiful....The room was extremely nice and a nice size...Bathroom was pretty big and nice also....The kitchen was extremely nice too...Any problem or issuse front desk was on it immediately...The $15.00 daily credit was good to have and also enjoy the rooftop pool and hotub...I would say the only downside was the hot water it didn't get hot as I would like or use to....

The room is spacious and the beds super comfortable. The kitchenware is good quality and new. The daily credit covered drinks and snacks. The pool was perfect for small children and the food at the restaurant/bar was delicious and resonably priced.

Everything about our stay was amazing and beautiful. Everything was clean and the people working there were friendly. The receptionist Ivy is the best and she has all the 411 you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. I am definitely coming back to this hotel the next time I stay!

Everyone was very nice, I loved the rooftop and gym, my room, everything was perfect! It’s also in between 2 beach which my partner and i loved. the only thing i would say is if you are staying a week or more, you won’t be able to get your bedding changed depending on when you come. Other than ghat everything was WONDERFUL and i plan on coming back.

I had an AMAZING time!! The front desk staff were incredibly kind. The beach was in walking distance I stayed there all day. I’ll be back sooner than later, I have a birthday coming up in August!!! I highly recommend!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and hot tub were a beautiful add on with city views along with ocean views. The rooftop pool top bar and sitting area was very stylish. The hotel is so close to ocean water it might be a 5 minute walk from hotel door to the ocean water. Hotel is very clean and well kept. The room was great and stocked with everything you will need. I will be returning to this property before hurricane season starts. No need for a car with the grocery store in walking distance.
