I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. On the first day of my stay, my room was not cleaned, and despite requesting towels, they were never delivered as promised.
Additionally, during breakfast on the first two mornings, key items such as eggs were not available. The only options provided were yogurt, bread, croissants, water, and coffee. While the presentation may have suggested a luxury experience, the level of service and accommodation did not reflect the value paid for the stay.
I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the guest experience moving forward.
