"This property is directly off the beach just like it stated. The view from the balcony is amazing. However it was difficult to communicate not speaking Spanish. I do have a translator app witch helped . Getting access to the right gate and building was a challenge. The apartment itself is definitely outdated. There are no modern amenities. "The property is very well maintained and clean. It’s a shame that there was so much noise coming from the adjacent rooms that made it impossible for me to sleep. I had to call the front desk three times to complain. Security did try to intervene, There should be clear and strict rules regarding loud noises at night."

"I love the beauty of this place. Wonderful restaurants, pool, beach. Great for photos. Pool closes at 9. That isn’t listed anywhere. Not terrible just an FYI: 100 per night resort fee is not included in the price. We went to the rain forest which is really cool but I don’t recommend it if you are not in awesome shape or over 50. Watched a lady carried out on a stretcher with an IV. I hike often. This water slide hike has higher difficulty: roots, mud, slippery rock climbing. Very rustic and zero safety measures. Old San Juan is great. Recommend a hat, water and sunscreen. You’ll be tired after a full day."
