Clean room,Ocean view, Nice room I didn’t like that Expedia didn’t Notify us that the deposit was $200 and that we had to pay a $85 cleaning fee which was non refundable I like the fact we were refunded a good portion of our stay back due to the water shortage situation that was a great offer overall a great stay!!!!

Host(PMI) amazing always in contact with you to ensure you’re receiving the best experience possible with in your stay. I feel it’s a few opportunities that should be addressed moving forward, like what previewed on the site when booking your room/stay truly don’t Match what you walking into not all the way off but not what’s truly present. My Room wasn’t the cleanest which me and my wife cleaned up and when I talked to the host they were willing to come back out to reclean.. Great location overall we made the best of it

Place was NOT what was advertised, rug was dirty, bathroom and kitchen was outdated was not what was advertised, building was under construction, which wasn't told to me til booking was complete and charged, there was no cleaning service no food service balcony was dirty and had a big machine that gave out for hot air so we couldn't enjoy the balcony, curtains were falling off the rods, had to fix it myself. The ocean view was not what was advertised mostly dirty building roofing, loud construction

Our flight had a delay, arriving next day. Not aware the Island was having water supply issues. We were expecting ESJ Towers to be fully prepared for these types of occasions. They were not..At 8pm we had no water to shower. Floor was dirty. The salt dispenser was the worst ' Rust inside out...We also noticed mold growing on furniture. Since I moved out of PR' dreamed to stay here. But this could be the first and last one.
