The property was well kept, our room had a bit of musty smell but that happens with coastal places. The room was clean and staff were very friendly.Our room was the smallest I have ever been in for a hotel. Instead of a ladder for towels a rack to place your suit case on would have been beneficial. We had to keep placing our luggage on floor and bed. No closet. We may have been given this room cause we only booked for 2 nights. Also our room was right near pool and at 3 am there was some rowdy visitors that woke me. We also had some guy peeking in our window which was a high window so he must have been tall. The bar was great, food was good and loved the pool. Parking seemed a little hairy BUT we never had a problem getting a spot in front. It is a very lovely place.

Hotel is nice overall. Rooms are small. Pool is small and there is seating for maybe 12 people. Beach is not white sand and you have to cross the freeway to get to it. Bali had 6 designated loungers. If you are to find a comfy spot anywhere get there early. I only saw the pool bar open. $$18 drinks. Did not use the restaurant or spa. Friendly staff. Our room was only cleaned once for a 6 day stay though :(. Bottom line to me this hotel was not worth the price.

The area was clean but the room was right over the pool, and bar. We heard all the noise all night. Made it hard to sleep. We only stood for a few days, but i wouldn't stay in room 24 again.

We did NOT stay there as the front desk AC was horrid, the description of the property was not accurately depicted as to the proximity to the beach. It was on a VERY busy freeway and we almost got hit by a car pulling our luggage out of the Uber! It felt like it was a motel and I would NEVER recommend.

The hotel itself is located along a busy stretch of expressway a couple miles from SJU airport. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pedestrian overpass has about 25 steps on each side.. not for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was not working. Parking is very limited. Check in was fast and efficient with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was comfortable though kinda small. Nice bed and large walk in shower. Nice little pool with bar area near by. All in all a thumbs up!

The hotel is nice and staff is amazing. The food is pricy and not fresh - plenty of places to walk to that serve better food. Lots of places to walk to. The beach is walking distance across the freeway (there's an overpass to walk on). they have a staff member on the beach to help with chairs/umbrellas. The swimming pool was freezing but the area is nice - just on smaller end. Downside - The bar is expensive - we had beer delivered via Uber. Our room was TINY - it was basically a bed in the middle of a master bathroom. My husband could lay in the bed and touch the shower door! There was no where to put our luggage so we'd have to sit it on the bed whenever we needed to get something out. Also with 3 suitcases it was almost impossible to walk around the bed to get to the bathroom. Since the shower was not in a separate room, every time we showered the entire room was soaked with humidity (including our bed/clothing) and the tile floor would get very SLICK. I would definitely not stay there due to the tiny room issue.

Gorgeous boutique hotel that had tons of amenities. The room decorated with such detail. The pool is most definitely a plus. Don't miss out on the breakfast, it was tasty for a hotel breakfast. We look forward to returning to Bali on future trips.

The room was fine, it was recently renovated but the shower water leaked onto the floor due to not being sealed correctly. The sink water stayed hot compared to the shower water. You also have to request room service, we didn’t know that or was informed at check in so our room never got cleaned so just know you have to request it. It’s a nice 5 min walk from beach and not that far from San Juan either. The continental breakfast was good as well.

We stayed there the last day of our cruise, girls trip, there were 5 of us. The pool was awesome, we pretty much hung out there the entire time, staff was great, rooms were clean and great design also. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Thankfully I did not listen to the negative reviews, our experience was great!

At first glance, this property is absolutely beautiful. The lobby area makes a great impression when you walk in, and I truly loved the pool, bar, and tour areas. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, and the common spaces are definitely a highlight. I had read in previous reviews that the rooms were small, and that is very accurate. The room was quite compact, with no place to hang clothes and no basic amenities such as an iron, Kleenex, or a suitcase stand. I was able to make it work, so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it’s something to be aware of when booking. The mattress was also very firm and unfortunately uncomfortable for me, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. What disappointed me most was the cleanliness and follow-through from the staff. I requested housekeeping service two nights in a row because my room was never cleaned. I left the door hanger requesting service and also spoke directly with the front desk each time. I was assured someone would come by, but unfortunately that never happened. On the last day of my trip, I still had not received service and had to request towels and toilet paper for the second time. After beach days, there was sand in the room despite my best efforts to clean up after myself, and regular housekeeping would have made a big difference. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, but the lack of housekeeping follow-through and service responsiveness was disappointing and impacted the overall experience.

DO NOT BOOK!! SCAMMERS!! We had a very bad experience in this hotel. We were only able to stay first night. Rooms are super small, no windows. Feels like a jail cell. There is no even closet in the room or a space to put your suitcase. The room was one pf the queen bad rooms. AC was bot working properly, super loud and super low air quality. The water in the shower was not getting warmer. In the morning, they started to work a generator machine and it was like something in room was running. Super loud. When we asked to change room they said only we can upgrade for additional cost. Like all the things not working in our room was our fault? When wanted to leave the hotel they didn’t give us refund for the rest of the nights. This place is a huge SCAM. Zero empathy for people and very poor service of everything.

Arrived off a cruise ship early morning. Great pool and beach access to relax and enjoy while waiting for our room. Excellent bar and food service as well
