"The pictures make the property look more well kept then it actually is. The surrounding area is not well kept. There is gated access but we ended up cancelling our stay here."

"Our family of 6 adults could not have been happier with our stay here in Rio Grande. The gated community was beautiful and safe. The spacious, and tastefully decorated home is absolutely stunning, with a well equipped kitchen, bar, games, and beach equipment. We enjoyed sitting on the patios for morning coffee, and evening drinks, and relaxing in the hammocks. The beds were comfortable, each room had an AC unit, and there was a bathroom and shower for everyone. It was the perfect location to visit San Juan, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque, and the Bioluminescent Bay. Princess is very responsive, helpful, and was the perfect host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t miss this one!! "

"Great resort! The first half of my trip was for business, and I extended for a personal vacation. The property is beautiful and I appreciated how it was sprawling. The golf cart transportation came in handy when walking to the lobby. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. I’d definitely return!"

"Fantastic place to stay for a big family with kids. The rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning in each bedroom and sitting room, and the kitchen was very well stocked with a wide variety of cooking tools, pans, and utensils. We very much enjoyed that this unit is near the gate end of the resort with a very nice grocery-convenience store just half a block away. The closets had a variety of toys and sport equipment to use at the resort’s mini-golf course and pools. The pools and surrounding garden walks were a big highlight for our family, and we spent many hours swimming and walking through the many paths along the pools."

"We had a very enjoyable week-long stay at this 3-bedroom property in Puerto Rico. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were especially comfortable—something we always appreciate while traveling.The location is a bit removed from many of the main attractions, so having a rental car is highly recommended if you want to fully explore the area. That said, once we had transportation, getting around was easy and the quieter location was nice for relaxing.The pool areas are a little dated, but they were well maintained and the kids had a great time using them. Our only suggestion for improvement would be updating the living room couch/seating, as it was not as comfortable as the rest of the home.We also appreciated that the host respected guests’ privacy—we did not need any in-person interaction during our stay, which made the experience feel very easy and relaxed while still knowing assistance was available if needed.Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the area—especially those planning to rent a car and explore Puerto Rico."

"Absolutely beautiful! Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house even smells relaxing, like a spa. My family loved it and we had the greatest time. The property grounds are incredible. Loved my morning walks, Bahia beach pool and staff were fantastic. Felicita was so responsive and sent such helpful property and local recommendation guides.
