「Wonderful Stay at Patio Elba Suites, San Juan
I had a wonderful experience at Patio Elba Suites in San Juan. From the moment I arrived, the front desk agent was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

「I cannot wait to return. Toes in the sand, delicious food and drinks, and lovely hosts who make you feel so spoiled. My ocean view room was very clean! Note: the restaurant and reception area are not air conditioned. But the beach breeze was strong enough to make things pleasant and blow away any insects. Clear, warm water and a chill vibe.」

「Our stay was absolutely amazing! This hotel surpassed all of our expectations. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and we loved every part of our stay.
The location was perfect & just a few minutes from Old San Juan by Uber, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a quieter place to stay. Having a secure parking garage available was also a huge plus for us.
One thing we really appreciated was having running water and hot water...

「The owner/manager is not responsive - we needed to get the VRBO customer service attention in order to get a reply for the check in.The bathroom was terrible - not enough water pressure to flash be toilet, the shower was either scalding or cold, and the shower are was stinky and moldy.The towels were little more than handkerchiefs and smelly.There was no vacuum cleaner provided to vacuum the fllors. We had to use their moldy and smelly mop to clean the floors.The air conditioner was very noisy...
