「clean room, friendly staff and food is good as well and close to the airport」

「I loved the hotel, the food, the rooms and my kid was amazed with the water park. The only thing that needs attention is the elevators since just 2 work and with all the rooms and traffic is not enough. That’s the only thing.」

「I would not stay here again for a few reasons. Upon arrival, I was told I could not park at the hotel. The parking at the hotel was reserved for the people who have a timeshare there. I was supposed to park about 150 -175 yards away where the staff parked. This parking lot was not concrete and had many spots where the rain pooled up deeply. There were broken bottles and trash and it was very poorly lit at night. When I spoke to the manager, she basically told me that there was nothing she could...

「We stayed at the royal sonesta July 2026 for 5 days. The whole duration of the stay they had elevator problems. I have mobility issues and we reserved an ocean view room which was on the 16th floor. The 3rd day of our stay we had to leave early for an excursion and we had to come down the stairs 16 flights because the elevators were not working. Later that day waiting for the elevators to go up took so long and the elevator cars were so packed . Our phone in the room was not working either we...

「Ocean view room was nice. The door opens so you can experience outside a little. You can relax and party at the hotel if that’s what you’re looking for. Very pricy for food and drinks but overall good experience.」
