「First, the good: the staff could not have been nicer…genuinely lovely people (a special shout out to Amanda). The grounds are well kept. The pools are very nice. Our suite had the potential to be very nice but that is where things went south. The sliding patio door was almost impossible to open and close. My wife could not budge it. The patio was nice but they gave us 2 cheap plastic kitchen-type chairs that were very uncomfortable. The patio door had no curtain so morning sun lit up the room...
