"Notice losts of renovations being done. The only complaint we had was the water was not hot enough. Don’t know I guess maybe with all of the other guest the water of course lots of water was being used, but we were three days without not able to take a warm shower due to it not being hot enough and we complained about it two times and nothing was done. That is our only problem with the hotel."

"The hotel experience was exceptional, particularly the culinary team at Ventanas, The steak house restaurant did not delivered my expectations, the concierge didnt had knowledge of on-site activities and the provision of accurate information for amenities such as the golf course.
