"The pool seating situation was not good. People were getting there early and reserving chairs and not coming back for hours. Therefore, none were available unless someone got up. There should be a policy enforced for how long you should not be there. Otherwise staff and hotel was great. "

"Did not love this experience. The hotel room smelled moldy and was not able to get another room. Carpet felt humid and was dirty. Only received 2 towels for the 3 of us and even after requesting another one several times never received it. The dirty ones were taken but not replaced. The poolside is very nice but definitely not worth staying so far from San Juan. Will not be returning to this place. LOVED the island though.."

"I will be contradicting myself in this review. 7 days stay with the top room and Ocean view. The staff was amazing. The lobbies, cafe, mezzanine and bar were not only aesthetically stunning but immaculate. The atmosphere was lively. The gift shop was well stocked and convenient. Issue was with the room. It was dilapidated. I wish I could include pictures. The tile floors were greasy and slippery. There was mold and peeling paint in the ceiling. The air conditioning unit was loud and leaking.The led mirror flickered and was missing pieces on all corners. The granite countertop was chipped. The shower was strangely in the middle of the bathroom and it leaked out onto the surrounding floor. There was missing/moldy caulk thru out. I will clarify that the issues seemed more maintenance and upkeep not cleanliness. The layout was odd overall as the mini fridge and coffee pot were inside the bathroom. I found this gross. The pool area again moldy areas, chipping paint, sagging lounge chairs. There’s some false advertising regarding included amenities so beware of that. The site implies the snorkeling trails are included as an amenity. Not true. Despite this we would stay there again! Just not for the $$ we paid. The ocean view is breathtaking. Direct access to Playita Del Condado with lounges and can use the hotel Hilton Garden Inn across the street pools and hot tub. Overall the location and access to 2 hotels amenities with beach access is great and worth it for the right price."

"Resort always sparked and smelled clean. My room had some damage to the fridge and cupboards that covered the safe and etc. Beautiful view of the ocean and pools are heated which was lovely"

"Everything was very well kept and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were SO much nicer than we expected and had everything we needed right down to the coffee maker and provided coffee! It was very helpful to be able to have a full fridge, kitchen and washer/dryer with two kids. The resort was family friendly with many other traveling families. We were relieved it didn’t feel like a college spring break resort and we were able to relax as adults. Our children 10&12 were able to run to restroom or get a smoothy and still remain within our eye-site due to smaller sized resort. We will definitely be back! "

"When we checked in we found out that the Suite that we reserved was at least 250 meters down the street. The key lock on the metal gate was hard to figure out. Inside they only provided towels for 1 guest when clearly we booked 2 guests and so we had to go back to front desk. There was mold on the wall near the bed. The shower head sprayed all over the place and the TV remote controls - gave us 3 of them for 2 TVs and none of them worked."

"Rooms are outdated. Food is terrible. Hours are horrible. If they fix a few things it could be a really nice property."

"The lobby and resort are very nice. My 3rd floor ocean view, was a peek at the ocean after mostly a dirty, garbage polluted roof. The room was very musty smelling and was startled by a couple of cockroaches. The balcony was dirty, and the shower has no divider, so the bathroom floods. The lighting was dim and yellow in the bathroom. They need to update this room. The property is nice, great beach, pools and places to lounge. Get a spot early though, they fill up fast. "
