"Amazing "

"This was, without a doubt, the best hotel stay I’ve had in years. It was my first true beachfront experience, right on the beach. So I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive going in, but it exceeded every expectation. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made the experience even better. The beach view was nothing short of breathtaking, and the room size was perfect for what we needed. Honestly, who wants to spend too much time in a room when you’re in San Juan anyway? I will definitely be booking here again. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay however the Sunday we got there they had allowed a lot of outsiders in so there were no chairs or room - the middle of the week it was quiet and nice - the biggest complaint was housekeeping- they didn’t really clean and by the end of the week the floors were disgusting. A couple of days they didn’t leave enough towels - the rest of the staff was wonderful and sweet"

"El hotel hermoso , limpio y organizado. Pero el desayuno deberían agregar jamones ,queso. Ya q solo es ,pan ,cereal ,fruta y cupcake. En adiccion por lo menos en mi habitación no fueron a limpiarla y cambiar toallas al día siguiente. Y ya cuando llegaron ya era de noche y no tocaron la puerta antes de entrar y avisar para saber q estabamos dentro y el aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente. Pero por lo demás está muy bien ."

"Beautiful place on the outside and lobbies. Great location too but my room was not so great. The room was very dusty, don’t know when the last time someone stayed there. And I don’t know the last time the shower was scrubbed!"

"Our balcony looked in rough shape. The metal frame was an eyesore. The door itself was old and the chair in our room was dirty and stained."

"Check in was a total disaster Room was not ready at 4:45 pm Wait one hour and staff didn’t tell us room was ready - staff went on break Luggage took 20 minutes This has been our favorite hotel We will be looking for a new favorite "
