「The AC was above my head where I sleep and it was loud… Also when i first got there, the key was not in the lockbox. I tried to call the number (6:30pm local time), there was no one picked up. I called at least 10 times in order for someone to pick up. That was nerve wrecking because most do the hotels were full and they were like $700+ usd a night. This place is good value, but the lockbox situation and the lack of people picking up the call was very scary. Ruined my evening 」

Very accommodating and courteous staff. Close to shops and places to see. Overall a great experience at a very good value. 」

「Best location in San Juan. Updated rooms, great views, pools & beach. The Hilton Plaza across the street is included in resort fee and the combination of the two makes for an amazing stay. Historic Old San Juan is walkable. Highly recommend.」
