「Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)」

We spent a couple days just at the hotel alone because the pools and direct beach access were that nice. It is also perfectly located in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars in Condado.」

「Boutique in the sense that it’s small, but service so lacking it just became a place for us to sleep and leave early each day. Rubbish check in experience, room wasn’t ready then was magically ready - we met the cleaning staff at the door to our room… Note we arrived at 4pm, (check in time) and had preadvised we’d be landing around 2.30pm so they had plenty of notice. No first time welcome/ tips / offer to help with reservations or excursions. Member of staff training at the desk was not well...

「Hotel Luz was an awesome find for my solo stay in Puerto Rico for 9 nights while visiting for a wedding. I really enjoyed my stay at this stylish boutique hotel, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers! My room was cozy, the AC worked really well, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was stylish. The room had all that I needed such as a mini fridge, a tv, a luggage rack, convenient wooden hanging hooks, and a mini clothes hanging rack with hangers. Big shoutout to the front desk employee,...

「This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!」

「The room was pretty, however, when i got in my bed there was a long black hair… i have blonde hair. The shower didn’t get hot water which was annoying and the balcony door was broken so it didn’t open. Everything else was okay except some guests are rude like screaming in the hot tub at night. Also for some reason the hot tub water smelled like sewer.」

「Very nice quiet stay. I did wish that they would have kept the gate to the courtyard closed at night -would have made me feel a bit more secure as my entry door was to the courtyard and I was a solo traveler. Place was very clean and a great price. I’d stay there again.」

「The rooms were good, there was room service everyday. However when seeing the shower head in the bathroom there was hard water residue that couldn’t even come off even with scrubbing. I feel that it wasn’t cleaned properly routinely. The customer service and interactions with staff was top tier. Whenever we needed help we always got it and they always pushed us in the right direction when we asked about excursions and things to do. 10/10 would stay there again!」
