"Importanto to know that the Parking is in the Paseo Caribe Parking. The place needs some love, butvis a great place and hace a beautiful view, near all the places using Uber. Will go back."

"Our toilet got clogged multiple times with no one to fix it for hours and even overnight. Our water went out regularly and if it came back it would come back cold with no pressure. Front desk, Jose was extremely rude and unprofessional when voicing our concerns about the lack of bathroom. When asking for a change in room the hotel was apparently full and no one could come until the next morning to fix any issues. The other front desk staff were nice and trying to be helpful and it was secure property. Overall, not great service or accommodations."
