We enjoyed our night at the property. It was a straight-line walk to downtown. The property is in the middle of remodeling, there was some minor noise and visible signs, but nothing disrupting. Rooms were small, but nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The coffee shop next door was excellent.

The AC was good. The location is far from decent restaurants, the beach and park are barely within walking distance and involves crossing several major highways. The rooms are new and clean, but extremely small with no amenities. The staff were helpful. We won’t ever stay there again.

The hotel itself is very nice and the room was indeed very tasteful, clean, and comfortable. The showers are very nice! The only drawback would be the lack of amenities (possibly because they’re under construction). There is no gym or cafe, no breakfast, and for us at least, there was no daily cleaning service. The breakfast wasn’t so much of an issue as there are a couple of cafes very nearby that are open pretty much all day. The location is excellent. Overall, we had a very nice stay for great value and would return!
