「It seemed nice online but it needs some work. The guest parking lot is in disrepair and the walk to the lobby was dotted with large piles of horse poop. My room had dirty footprints on the tile and the rug needed to be vacuumed. I told them at the front desk in the morning but no one came so I cleaned it myself with a washcloth that was hanging on the shower curtain rod. The pool is nice. Lots of chairs!」

「0/10 would never stay here again or recommend to anyone, actually will go out of my way to make sure people know not to go to El Conquistador. Customer service and privacy are not big here, I was expecting the stay to match the rates charged here and was disappointed on almost every occasion. First we were put into a room with ants all over inside on arrival and we had to wash our clothes to get them off our clothes and then had to wait almost 6 days to be switched into another room.
