"Great historic charm in the heart of the old district. Walking distance from forts, shopping, and dining. Spacious apartment with loft. The only drawbacks we had were minor, a leak in an a/c unit and regulating the hot water supply . Fabulous overall and highly recommend.."

"Caribe Hilton is a beautiful resort and we loved our stay there. The pools and views were amazing. The staff was super nice and we loved our room. Everything was very clean when we arrived and every day that housekeeping stopped by. The areas of improvement would be that there were two elevators and one was broken the entire time we were there so it took time to up and down. Also, hot water to shower was hard we had to wait a while for the water to warm up and play around with the knob to get it right and then most of the time the water would stay hot for like 5 mins and then go back to cold. They lost power one day that we were there twice right when we were getting ready for dinner so that was unpleasant. The water never got hot after that. Other downside was that the food was expensive. It was delicious but way too pricey for our budget so we ate out with the exception of the night of our anniversary. I will say if you can afford Morton's Steakhouse it is the best restaurant in the hotel and in San Juan. The food, staff, drinks, atmosphere and everything else was 5 star quality. Overall we had a great stay at Caribe Hilton and would recommend!"
