The room was clean but very small. Although we did get entry codes into the hotel and our room in a timely manner and we did have a number to phone in case we had problems the hotel doesnt have staff on the premises. The hotel is not in the best area of town. Restaurants are scarce. Prior to our arrival we sent numerous emails and tried to call the managers/owners. The phone mail box was full. They never did answer our emails. We only stayed one night at the hotel. A one night stay is maybe ok but we wouldn't recommend this hotel for a long-term stay.

This property was the worst they lie by telling you is safe and clean I would stay there not even for free . And look out that they say is refundable and it’s not. Even if you had an emergency they don’t care I payed for this hotel for nothing they won’t give your refund back . It’s a lousy place dirty and scary

The Room was nice and clean very simple and perfect for one night.. The location is horrible nothing like the pictures shown… I traveled by myself and did not feel comfortable walking into the building. There’s no front desk therefore communication was thru a telephone number that no one answered. A/C was very good… T.V. Couldn’t connect to network using the network name and password that was text to me.. I was really disappointed cause I’ve stayed in places less money and the pictures and location are on point.

The room was okay I didn’t like that I couldn’t open the window for the air to circulate after showers which had left the room feeling muggy and wet including the bed felt very sticky and wet but other than that it was a great stay

We never checked in because the exterior and the location looked horrible!!! Trash on the sidewalk at the entrance of the property! We didn’t even bother going in as we we could see bags of what seemed to be trash behind the metal entrance gate/door. We had the Uber driver take us straight to a different hotel! I have dealt with Expedia for many years, this is the first time my husband and I have been so disappointed. We’re so sorry for wasting our money!

The room was clean, staff was friendly. We enjoyed our time there. Maybe suggest exhaust fan in the bathroom and maybe a hair dryer. I would update pictures without a bar though. I was sent a text message telling me to take advantage of the karoke bar. When i messaged back asking where it was i was told there was no bar on site

This is literally the last place anyone should ever stay at. It was crazy how they even send you suggestions of bars and when you go look the bars are full of homeless people, people so intoxicated they can’t even stand straight. Not forget to mention that all those same people are just hanging around at the front door where you need to go to get inside. Anyone can easily see the code and get in. They give you two codes to get inside to the room but the door is wide open you don’t know what has happened in that room. BEWARE WOMEN!!!!! If you are a woman coming to this place TURN AROUND!!!! There was also a big whole in the wall like someone punch it. This has to be the worst place to stay. Please don’t book this hotel.

I am going to give this location 3 stars, by my own standard. But I will explain in great detail. I feel like I will still give a pretty good star because it was a safe location, good size, convenient, easy directions to get in the gate and online staff w/ good communication. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not working, so I was unable to watch tv. Which is all I had to really entertain myself that night before my flight. Lastly, late at night when I went to use the bathroom. I discovered roaches on the bathroom floor and on the shower floor. To be transparent, I only saw 4 roaches throughout the entire night but it did make me a little anxious as to where else they may be as I tried to fall asleep. I hope this review helps someone. I got through the night, it was safe and easy to catch an inexpensive uber to the airport very early the next morning.

Very clean spacious, needs a small fridge and coffee maker to make it perfect. Close to pan American port. Street is a little busy and can be noisy for apt #1.
